PCOS (Polycystic Ovary Syndrome) is a common female reproductive disease causing infertility. Usually,
it is diagnosed for women who are 20-40 years old. About ½ patients have profuse hair on upper lip,
lower jaw, areola, middle-line of the abdomen and around anus; 1/3-1/2 patients with over-weight.
Commonly, patients see doctors for irregular periods, amenorrhea and/or infertility.
There are no reasons can be proved exactly causing PCOS so far but it may connect with:
Abnormal function of axis of HPO(hypothalamic-pituitary-ovarian) which is affected by stress,
